Awesome, glad to see the heat is helping things along. I am thinking about getting a Rose of Sharon. How do they act down here: bloom period, leaf drop and such?
Jake
You have stunning blooms as well. I particularly like all your Hibiscus and its cousin the Manihot. This will be the first year without one in my yard.
Beautiful colours in your garden, Darla. I love your hibs and the gerberas. Even the pinks of the roses and the japonica are gorgeous!!
Wonderful colors in your garden. Love your clematis with the rain drops!
Beautiful colors.I'm going thru a pink phase, these days.Love your hibiscus.
Your zinnia are beautiful. I planted some this spring but they aren't blooming yet. I see more hibiscus in our local nurseries. I'm not certain they are completely hardy here.
Marnie
Looking good, in the garden today as always.
Patsy
Love the color of your Calla lily. Your roses seem to complement the color of the Calla.
So pretty, love the calla!
Love the color of the knockout roses. I planted one last year and between the deer and the rabbits it never made it. I've been thinking about getting another one and planting it in a container on my terrace and seeing yours in bloom has made me realize how much I want one.
Happy Bloom Day!
Those double knockouts are awesome! Looks so inviting and lush there. Lovely blooms Darla.
WHAT!?!?!?! There is a sun-loving Coleus!?!?! WHERE!?!?!? LOL! I would love love love love to put that in my backyard, but everything I see is part-shade. I have full sun, and back there it would die. Is it oxblood that I should be looking for? Beautiful gardens Darla - they're stunning! And ... had me jumping up and down thinking "FULL SUN COLEUS!?!?!?"
Your garden is always so colorful and full of beautiful blooms! I love that Hibiscus, such a striking shade of red. :)
Vibrant and colorful. What a beautiful garden.
Jen
Beautiful blossoms, Darla! Your yard is a real show place!
Great Pics! Your flowers look beautiful and healthy! I love the hibiscus!
Darla: Everything is looking so beautiful.
Darla, I think your garden is always lovely...todays blooms are excellent examples! The shot of the Double Knockout roses is my favorite today! happy Bloom Day Gail
Lovely, lovely! I especially like the photo of the wet Clematis, but the flower I most admire is that beautiful Calla. Wow.
Very pretty and so colorful. I love the pink calla liliesl. I have white and yellow ones in my flower bed. I had never seen pink ones until we went up to Three Rivers, CA and I saw some along the Kaweah River at an Inn.

To me there is nothing prettier than a zinnia and we don't have a single one planted. I have no clue why. LOL your blooms are great.
Everything is so bright and cheerful. I haven't seen the Brazilian plume flower before, very pretty.
You have some beautiful pinks and reds. I love your Clematis.
great post girl. I always love to see your gardens in bloom...is there even an ugly part to your garden? There is to mine...it is called the gravel graveyard part...and it needs to be spruced up badly!
Beautiful Darla.. I am impressed with that clematis bloom. Ours are a solid pale purple.. I love yours...
Of course, as usual, all of your flowers are beautiful.
GiVEAWAY on my blog today only. Pass the word.
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Betsy
I am SOOOO jealous of how big your Jacobean is!! How old is it? I just love it. Mine is coming along....but not near as well as yours. How much sun is your in? Maybe that is my problem! Everything looks great as always! Be sure to check out Bilbo in Lincolnshire if you haven't already
Darla, you have some very beautiful and vibrant blossoms in your garden. I love all the colors.
Holy cow Darla ! I love your roses! So healthy and hearty lookin'.
Sometimes I think I'd be happy if everything in my garden was the color of those coleus leaves!
That's quite a caladium, peeking out there from all the impatiens, and that zinnia with the coleus is a stunning combination!
Oops-the caladium was on a different post. I still like it!
Oh what pretty pictures! I so love gerbera daisys!
The red and purple combination in the first shot is stunning. What a great profusion of blooms you have just now.
Wow, I really got behind! You always have such lovely blooms, and now you will have more with your expansion. I'm about to go check out your new blog. I love that yellow flower your mom grew, also.
